FAQs

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

No. Tickets have to be purchased online, in advance

When do I arrive? Is there a time limit?

For example, if you booked the 5pm slot you will have from 5-6pm to enjoy the stations. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your time slot to allow for check-in. If you are late, you only have the 1hour time slot that you booked. 

Can we pay at the door with cash?

No. Please purchase tickets online.

Do I have to purchase a ticket if I'm not taking photos?

Yes. Everyone is required to show ticket at checkin.

What is your cancellation policy?

All tickets are NON-Refundable.

Can I bring my professional camera?

Yes, but only if you book a private photography session.

Private events & team building

You can book the whole museum OUTSIDE our normal business hours at a flat rate of $300/hr Tuesday-Thursday and $500/hr Friday-Sunday. This includes all taxes and fees and is good for groups of up to 20 people. For reservations please email us selfiesuite@gmail.com

Covid-19 Guidelines

Guests must wear a mask at all times (with the exception of taking photos)
